GO is James Goodwin, this mark registered in 1710. The ladle is Britannia standard silver which accounts for the mark comprising the first two letters of the silversmith's name.

Hi,

The '2=12' would indicate the original scratch weight of the silver (2 ounces and 12 pennyweights; there are 20 pennyweights in a Troy ounce).
