Is this a makers mark on this neck chain? Looks like eye of Horus.

Hello silver savvy people :)
Does anyone have any idea if this is a makers mark, and if so, who is the maker or designer? I live in Western Australia and this was my grandmothers necklace / neck chain (now deceased). She travelled the world, especially Europe in the 1960's and 1970's, collecting items for her fancy dress shop.

I have no idea what the mark could represent. Looks sort of like an Egyptian eye of Horus, or perhaps a leaf, or may be a hill, or may be represents a number as in the year of manufacture?
