We found a Cut Crystal and Sterling decanter and we're trying to decode the marks. Some of them are difficult to read. This is the best picture we are able to get.
We think it's from London, but we aren't at all certain. Is anyone able to decipher them?

The hallmark is a sterling silver hallmark for London 1921/22 but I cannot decipher the maker's mark.
