Looks like a T curling into a M.? Markers Mark I.D.

Hiya hope your all enjoying the nice weather.
Thank you to the people who set up the forum and the wonderful commentors.

I going to start off with the cliche sentence, I am new. yes I am, I am not going to lie and I am after something.
yes I am......... A markers mark identification. Please.

I've spent approximately 4 hours going normal (crazy) just today alone trying to find who is the marker mark is on the right of the cufflink *(looks like T curlling into a M.?) Cufflinks and Tie also have the marker mark on.

Any help would reduce my OCD (Idiocy) down. :0)

Marks are small but they look like London (leopard`s head) and 2003 (date letter d).
Sponsor`s mark looks like J.H. and the other mark could be a retailer.
Those new marks are not well documented elsewhere, but registered at Goldsmith's Company Assay Office.
