Scottish Provincial ?

Picked up 3 fiddle teaspoons from an antique shop today . Searched the whole shop for the fourth but no luck . Im think Scottish provincial but am no expert . Any members recognise the marks please . thanks

This set of marks is known as Scottish Provincial, but to my knowledge, are yet to be identified. They also appear with the maker's marks of 'I·A', 'PS', and 'RH', as well as your 'HS'.

Many thanks for the info , I found them in a little seaside town here in South Australia

maybe the initials are wormasters marks which may mean provincial but possibly a larger enterprise such as makers spread around a town ?

I think it will only a matter of time before this mystery is solved. The 'b' may perhaps relate to the first letter of the town where these above noted silversmiths worked, and at some point, hopefully, those initials will be matched to the names working in that town, thus proving the origin.

The sharing of punches amongst a group of silversmiths is not uncommon.
