Help needed with identifying the maker's marks on St.petersburg podstakaanik,plz.

So if you please help would indeed be more than appreciated with identifying the maker's marks (latin / "CA" or cyrillic / "SA") on this podstakannik from St.Petersburg anno 1894, height 11cm, length 13cm, weight 234gr.

Sorry for the misspelling with the "podstakaanik" in the topic. Should naturally be "podstakannik".

Most likely the maker is Stepan Anderson (Степан Андерсон).

Stepan Anderson is a new maker to me. A very nice tea glass holder he has made. It really is a solid (234gr.) example and very fine quality aswell.
Have you perhaps got any further information about the maker? ( Like when he was active?, Source?,etc.)

Hello!
Stepan Anderson is mentioned from 1874 until the end of the 19th century. Sources: A. Ivanov catalog and St. Petersburg Address-calendars.
