I was told this is French, but I think its English

I haven't been able to identify most of the marks on this centerpiece except that it has the Asprey import mark and I think it may be Sheffield because of the oval hallmark. I'm probably a mile off on this. I looked in Wyler's and couldn't find any hits. It weighs 13.5 lbs and is big. Any help would be appreciated.

The set of marks in your first picture are London import marks for 1967.
The bottom picture has a French makers mark AD. Sorry, don't know who that is.

Regards,
Pat.
