Dublin Salt Cellars - Discrepancy Between Marks

I have a set of salt cellars clearly marked Dublin, 1903. as confirmed by Okie (1928) and Bradbury (1959). My rub is the silversmith's mark is that of "G & S Co., Ltd" which is of London. I will appreciate any assistance afforded me in resolving this apparent discrepancy. Thank you.
