H&H hallmark on silver pendant, can't identify
I found this piece at a flea market and was told it was probably 1930s. The woman thought it might be American or English, but couldn't tell me more than that. I've tried looking it up and thought maybe it was Hamilton & Hamilton from Rhode Island, but the H's seem wrong. Any help with IDing this would be great. Top pic is the whole piece, bottom one is the hallmark. Thanks!
