Crest Identification

This is a teapot from a 3 piece set I recently acquired. All three pieces have the same crest. The silver looks to me to be made by Charles Fox. I am trying to identify the family to whom this crest belongs. My research seems to show the crown to designate a Marquess but that is about all I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
