Cross | Crown | Leaf Silver Plate Trademark?

I was wondering if anyone had come across this trademark previously?



I have been asked by a client to identify the maker, but have no references for this mark. Apologies for the poor quality image, but it appears on this small salver:



It is similar to the "Bell Star & Leaf" mark that appears on the website (https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate__Unk.html) but that is also unattributed. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Given the style of the marks, could it be American?
