Help ID Spoon

My Mother passed away recently, and when I was cleaning out her place, I stumbled across a few spoons. I'd like to try to find out as much as I can about them before her celebration of life.

Unfortunately, I know very little about this spoon other than that they have been passed down a generation or two.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated as I looked through the website but could not find anything.
