NE double stamped id help please

Hi this teaspoon looks to be European and probably 800 or 830 silver . No other hallmarks on this spoon . The NE looks to be a crude stamp. . thanks for your help.

:::: Is this Denmark with the NE (with crown above that might be not visible for some reason either a weak strike or worn off) which is the city mark for Naestved? :::::: I noticed other examples with double-hallmarks like this, the NE conjoined with crown above stamped twice. ::::::
