Norwegian? 830S CJ? napking ring help please

Have been through the Norwegian makers marks on this site and our libraries are still shut down after 8 weeks (strke) so any help really appreciated. Is it possible for 830S to be stamped one way and maker's mark the other way around (upside down)? Mark stamped on rounded part of rim so not having much luck even guessing what initials are. Upside down it looks like something-H.

I don't think this is Norwegian. I have been looking for it for many years.
But I have found Hans Jensen & Co in Århus, Denmark with the same mark. And he was a great wholesaler and producer.
