Unidentified Marks on a Knife Rest

Can anybody identify these marks stamped on a silver-plated knife bank. I have tried to search the internet but have not yet come across these particular marks:


maybe one of you knows something about them where they were made etc..Thanks in advance for all your help

Those look like British silverplate marks to me.
Checked my books, but could not find that set of marks.
