I am trying to identify this tiny ladle if anyone has any ideas on it I would be truly grateful. the pics are kinda bad but the best I could get.

Can't help you with the pattern.
Your ladle was made by the Manchester Silver Company. Check here:

"Southern Rose", I'd guess, but the photo isn't really clear enough to say for sure.
