Identification

Hello
I have a mesh purse with marks on the frame:
The marks are .800 and a cartouche with the letters 'R", 'W" surrounding an anchor.
Here's a shot:



If any can help with the country of origin and/or a maker.
I would appreciate it.

800 would usually indicate a German or Italian origin; personally, I would favour Italian over German (but thats just a hunch)

I just came across this old post, and should anyone still be interested, the mark is that of Rodi & Wienenberger of Pforzheim.
