Yahoo!! I finally found my answer; this scent bottle marked CM - anchor (sideways) - script capital C - and lion passant, indicates Charles Mappin - Birmingham - 1894 - sterling.... but I have had a hard time trying to find out information about Charles Mappin, was it his own company or did he work for someone, etc. Any information that you could drum up would make me very happy!
