Help with Farrington Spoon

I have a coin silver spoon that I'm having trouble finding any information on. The Hallmark is B.S. Farrington. All my searches only come up with a Farrington & Hunnewell.

Billings S Farrington was well established in Woonsocket Rhode Island in 1846. He is shown in the Woonsocket Directory as removing to Wales, Massachusetts in 1890.
