18th century Austria-Hungary

Hi,
Came across an interesting piece, a spoon in a form I haven't seen before. Heavily gilt and only about 3 inches long. According to Tardy, the mark would be from the town of Raab, Austria-Hungary, presently named Gyor and in the northeast of Hungary.
