small spoon poss gold?

HI i have a small tea spoon yellow metal with the hallmarks EP what looks like an iron cross two c's back to front another iron cross and either a horse or knights head facing left can't get good enough picture to post.
any help appreciated.

The letters EP stand for ElectroPlated.
That might be a gold wash on your spoon.
The mark you describe sounds similar to one used by Joseph Elliott & Sons, Sheffield, England.
