I have a sterling silver milk pot and sugar bowl from Chester, 1898 (letter P), made by John Milward Banks, and in front of this maker's mark, JMB, is a flower that looks like a daisy.
Can anyone tell me what the daisy mark means?

I'm not sure why your image is not showing (for me, anyway) as you seem to be doing everything right. Here it is with exactly the same coding:

The daisy is a private mark of John Millward Banks, something like a modern logo, which is very often seen on his pieces. It has no special meaning.
