Tray with arabic text, silver?

This tray has some arabic text, however I have no clue if it is silver or not. Need some help here. Thanks in advance!

This is Moroccan. Likely nickel silver/maillechort

The lower line reads

فاس المغرب or Fes Maghrib

The first word on the right of the upper line is "intaj" انتاج meaning production. The rest is the name of the workshop/company but I can't figure it out
