Hi and welcome to the forum. It's very unlikely that anybody will be able to tell you anything until you post an in-focus picture of the marks.

That would make these British Silverplated wares, i.e. electro-plating, not the solid silver alloy referred to in the long past as “Silver Plate”.

I'll be looking for older and more pure English spoons in the future. This was a gamble at an antique store.
