unknown hallmarks - please help

Hello,

I have recently purchased a cocktail shaker and spotted hallmarks at the base. It seems like it is silverplated as it rubbed of to gold colour in some places. I would love to find out who where and when made it.

The hallmarks are not very clear to me. See yourself and let me know if you know anything about them. Thanks a lot!

Thank you Trev! That's really helpful. I suspected it could have been a pelican too. I guess it's a steal I got it for £12 at a local charity shop
