Austrian silver milk jug and thea set. Maker?

This silver set is clearly marked with WR below a kind of twoheaded bird. However I cannot find a maker with WR on this forum or on the internet.
Help is appreciated!

Hello, most likely Wenzel Rummel, court jeweller in Prague, active - very roughly - 1870ies to 1890ies. Regards, Bahner
