I have this dip pen and the hallmarks are puzzling me. I guess it is continental Europe origin but cannot find out. Beside 925, the hallmark is a shield containing in the lower part a smaller shield with a large crown above. In the smaller shield, I can decifer letter F with a dot, followed by a square shape also followed by a dot. Unfortunately, the lower part of the shield is too rubbed.
