Need help with Silver Maker MAS or YAS

Does anyone recognize this maker ? Thought it might be Spanish or South American in origin but I have no idea and can not find anything when I google MAS or YAS Silver Maker.

::::: I was thinking Peru & another older pin marked MAS (different style font but still MAS) has a llama and a traditional Peruvian dress, so the signs are pointing towards Peru at least until additional information is revealed. ::::::::::
