I assume that this is Poland, the end of the 19th century, but what are the marks with Cyrillic letters and the second mark with Latin letters?

:::: The way those 3-letters are arranged immediately reminds me of an object posted years ago that was believed to be from Lithuania. :::::
:::: Lietuvos Auksakalysté XV-XIX amzius = a reference book which might contain the maker's mark ::::::
:::: Someone with knowledge of 19th century Baltic silver (before Lithuania adopted the Russian silver hallmarking system) would know more. :::::

Unfortunately, I do not have such literature. I understand that this tray is most likely the end of the 18th, the beginning of the 19th century, most likely Poland or the Baltic countries. But maybe someone knows what the letter marks mean?

Hello!
I believe that this is Malorossia (Kyiv, Kharkov, Chernigov, Zhitomir etc.) of the 18th - early 19th centuries. The Russian probing system was introduced in Kyiv in 1825, in Kharkov around 1835. Prior to that, a lot probing system was used there.
For example, the mark of the Kyiv maker Gerasim Protsenko (Герасим Проценко - ГП)), who worked from 1821, and a few more marks of unknown Malorossian makers.
Regards.
