I have this plate that I think is very likely silver plated. I can only find the number series "11 39 11" on the bottom and no maker's mark. I have tried to research if these numbers might mean anything, but haven't found any information. Can anything at all be determined from these numbers? I'm guessing probably not, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
