Brooch Broche

Post by Raffaello »

Hello. I found on a brooch, probably from 1929-1930, the French hallmark Tête de Mercure découpée (petite Garantie) with the counter-hallmark Bigorne with the insects in profile so it should be from Paris; there is also the goldsmith's hallmark where a deer (or a reindeer?) can be seen in profile facing left and the letter L above its back, it seems that the outline is not a lozenge; the photo is not clear, but I tried to reproduce it in the attached drawing. There is also a third punch very similar to a bee (abeille) which I tried to draw because the photo is not clear. There is also an engraved writing DEPOSE.
Can someone help me understand who the goldsmith L is and why is there the punch with the bee?
Thank you.
