Can any members please help with these marks .The only mark i can read is a 9 with 2 dots after it . I think it is Iranian or Persian

. Sorry for the quality of the pic but its very hard to photograph as the marks are small . Thanks in advance of the forums help

Had it XRF gun tested today and it is 900 silver
