The marks on these spoons look like they could be for John Tayleur (Grimwade London Goldsmith mark No. 1707). The spoons have the maker's or sponsor's mark and a lion passant only. They are about 10.5cm long. Confirmation or new direction sought. Thank you in advance.

The Lion passant appears to be from the 1739 - 1755 timeline, too early for John Tayleur.

For me, James Tookey, a known maker of spoons, is a more likely candidate.
