JJC Mexican mark

Excuse me if I am posting in the wrong place. I looked for a place to post for Mexican silver, but American looks like the right place. I am visiting my Mom, and this piece comes from her Mother. The mark is "TEXCO 925 JJC HENCHO EN MEX." However, I have not been able to figure out the marker "JJC," yet. Any ideas? I have NO problem with posting this in your marks page for Mexico, so please feel free to do so. If I figure out how JJC is, I will also let you know so you can update your marks page as well.
