Really hard to read marks ... help deeply appreciated!

Hello All ...

Let me say THANK YOU for these forums and all of you who help those of us who are woefully uninformed!!

This is a sterling silver powder box [well, it's round, not square, but don't know what else you'd call it] and it looks like the marks weren't properly stamped.
