Help identifying French maker on this cigar lighter

Hi all,

I've gone through all the French makers marks but I can't find this particular maker, so any help would be greatly appreciated. The closest I can see is Odiot, but it's not quite right.

Edit: I know of someone who has one of these and it's by Cartier. The images above I now believe are upside down.

I've found this mark online for jewellery but it's in an oval, though it looks for all intents and purposes the same:
