Hamburg L. Victor mark

Sorry for yet another thread, but as you can probably tell, I've been expanding my German collection lately. This is the very first Hamburg silver item I've picked up. It has the 3 tower mark and what appears to be "L. Victor" for the silversmith. However, I couldn't find any info on "L. Victor" in the website database. A quick search on Google found a few items with a similar mark that have been dated to 1830-1850 or 1860. Does anyone have info on "L. Victor"? Thank you in advance!
