Silver Chain Identification Help

Postby ashclam » Wed Mar 16, 2022 5:35 am

I purchased this sterling silver chain from an auction a while back.
I have been trying to track down the owner/maker.

Specs:
15mm thick
22 inches long
128 grams

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Image is below, I do have one more image which has a different stamp so can share.

Thank you in advance.

Hi ashclam
the outline of the number 925 corresponds to that required by Italian law (red arrow).

There should also be an elongated hexagon that contains a star followed by a number and two letters ( green arrow). The latter identifies the manufacturer.
Try to find it and post a sharp image.

These are the only markings on the whole chain. Tried to get as sharp as possible:

Likely Italian made and imported into Poland.
