Recent Russian/East Europe Egg Pendant - Unknown Maker's Mark? and Two Other Hallmarks

Hello! I recently bought this egg pendant thinking I could do some research on it, but I can't seem to find a match anywhere. Just first looking at it, I thought maybe late Soviet time period, but there isn't a star/hammer/sickle hallmark. Then I found a resource that made me think 2000-2005 Ukraine? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mark of the manufacturer "Jewelers of the Urals" 620085, Ekaterinburg, st. March 8, 197 (letter code Ю), the product was produced in 2001 (letter code A), and, accordingly, tested in the Ural State Inspectorate of Assay Supervision (letter code C).
