Two assayer marks?

Hi,

I found a picture of a kovsh which seems to me to have two assayer hallmarks (first kokoshnik mark and the older mark) - this is not possible, or?

Hi,
Modern, i.e. contemporary fake with faked marks. Very poorly made kokoshnik punch and poor enamel.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Your're right, it is poorly made in addition. I was focused on the two hallmarks that did not seem right.
