Any Idea on this one? Im not sure if it is French but looks like it.

Im think it may be Austrian but not sure if its plated hopefully its silver.

It's Austria-Hungary after 1872.

If you take better pictures, and we can see the mark of the assay office, maybe we can answer a city, and maybe can look for the maker.
