Hi,
Token from "Vodka with Silver" produced by Vyksa Distillery "Standard"
First letter И 2008.
Second letter P as wellas P in the mark, stands for Saratov assay office covering Astrakhan, Volgograd, Penza, Samara and Saratov regions.

Last two letters are maker`s mark; the destillery seems to have several subcontractors, i.e. various makers of tokens.
