Need Help Identifying Birmingham Hallmarks

Postby TwinCity » Thu Oct 21, 2021 12:48 pm

Hello, I am currently looking into the hallmarks of this piece. I know it is from Birmingham but my research has come to a dead end. I was hoping someone might be able to help me out with identifying this. Thank you.
