Ulm Germany Silver Spoon, maker and date unknown

Hello,

I believe this spoon was made in the city of Ulm, Germany.
It is 19cm long and weighs 54g.
It is inscribed as a birth gift to Johann Heinrich Stiefelmeyer. He was born in Rochester NY 11 May 1853. He died in Baden, Ontario 25 Mar 1920
(15 minute drive from where I live).
I am attempting to determine when this spoon was manufactured and perhaps by whom.
