The item was made in Stockholm and the crown is for Swedish untitled nobility. The coat of arms are probably for husband and wife so you are looking for two different families. Unfortunately there are quite many Swedish noble families but there's an online register of their coat of arms. You could probably find the coat of arms there if you have time to browse them through. Unless some other member recognizes the coat of arms immediately.
