Silver glass/crystal pepper mill

Hello, I'm new to this site & maybe posting incorrectly? I have an item from an Aunt's deceased estate: a silver and glass/crystal pepper grinder, JB mark, lion hallmark (.925?) plus other marks I'm unable to identify. I'm guessing it's made in London. Could you tell who the maker may be. Many thanks.

Hi,
The shape of the marks and date letter H indicates London 1883.
Maker`s mark is too small for me to guess the silversmith.
Regards

Please post clear close-ups of both sets of marks.

Hello. thank you so much for your help. I've taken photos again. I hope they work this time. I live in rural Australia. The largest city is an hour+ away. So I really appreciate this online help. Cheers Morna

This JB is Joseph Braham and I note that the date letter is R for 1892/93.

Thanks Phil. I'm a little confused now, If the date letter R = 1892/93, what does H stand for? Morna

There is no H. I could not see well because it was too small.
Therefore, date letter is R.

Thanks so much for your advice. I'm very interested to know the maker is likely to be Joseph Braham. I will do further research to see what else I can discover about him. However, If you know more about JB and can point me in the right direction, I'd be most appreciative. Morna
