Unusual LC 14½ CW Hallmark on Spoon

Stumped on another hallmark; what does 14½ mean? Who are LC & CW?

Edit to add: the spoon has been x-rayed and tests at .925 silver.

14 1/2 Loth standard is over 900, so it could be it.
Uncommon, though (possibly Scandinavia).
Easy to calculate based on 16 Loth is 1000.
