Mug with lid unusual mark-Ottoman empire or Persian?!

Hi friends!
I got this beautiful mug with his lid.The mark looks from Ottoman Empire or Persia but i.m not sure.It.s a little bit confusing between tughra mark and persian farsi mark.So please help

Thank you for your reply.So where from? It is not Tughra,doesn.t seems Persian but i tested with acid and is solid silver. It is clearly some arabic country.

Arabic 90 on the right meaans it is .900 solid silver fineness.
I suppose an Arab could decipher the meaning if the text is in Arabic. But if it is Farsi, spoken in Iran, an Arab could not read it.
Try to find people around you who are familiar with Arabic and Farsi.

The mark on your mug looks to me similar to that of a tea container (I suppose) I own, which has been talked about in this post

The decoration is also very similar.

It.s the same mark!We have 3 possible options: Egypt,Persia or Ottoman Empire. Maybe! :)
