Jacobus Bontekoe Leeuwarden 18th century Occasion spoon

This was a fun find. I believe it is by Jacobus Bontekoe of Leeuwarden who worked from 1736 to maybe 1769? I have seen this terminal on later 19th-century Dutch spoons but not on 18th-century ones so it was a fun find.

I believe you are right with your assumption. Spoon terminal or finial represents Devoted Love.
