Help Identifying the Mark - Solid silver? Luxembourg ?

Hello All,

I have a vintage Luxembourg souvenir Spoon with marks as below. is it a solid silver or plated? I can not find any hallmarks info about Luxembourg. I found a similar Luxembourg souvenir spoon. The seller said "Tested BY OUR JEWELER as Sterling Silver". Thanks for your help!

Hi,

The marks are Belgian. Silver, but probably not sterling, maybe 835/1000.
